Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for the processing of your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the number of items purchased. To calculate your shipping charges, simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The total shipping cost will automatically update and display during checkout.
Shipping fees are also influenced by the size, weight, and number of packages in your order. Larger items or additional products may incur extra charges, and the total will be reflected on the checkout page.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically produced and shipped within 7 business days after purchase. Standard shipping times range from 12 to 15 days, depending on the destination country and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Tracking & Important Information
A tracking code will be provided via email once your order ships, allowing you to track your package online at any time. Orders are delivered directly to your home.
If your tracking code indicates the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your nearest post office. For sizing issues, if the wrong size was sent, kindly contact our customer support email. We will need three images (chest size, length, and sleeve size) as evidence, and we will send you the correct size at no additional cost.
